TPOCC – TPO Collaboration Committee

The TPO Collaboration Committee aims at devising, promoting and implementing collaborative projects between ETPOA members; this encompasses 3 lines of work:

  • TPO benchmark and exchange of good practices: through annual surveys (general or ad hoc), forum on good practices, Q&A blog, etc.
  • Facilitate a collective position of ETPOA members on EU-related matters, in support to the EUIDC team
  • Promote joint answers by several ETPOA members to RFPs and tenders from the EU and other donors on projects related to trade promotion and development.
Philippe Yvergniaxu (Business France) – Chair of TPOCC

Philippe Yvergniaux was appointed Director of International Cooperation at Business France in January 2015. In this role, he is charged with leading efforts to develop partnerships with, and when relevant provide technical assistance to, trade and investment promotion agencies throughout the world.

Prior to that, he worked 10 years for Invest in France Agency as head of operations for North America (2009-2015) and the British Isles (2005-2009). Mr. Yvergniaux served as Chief Executive Officer of NFX, the IFA regional partner representing the Nord-Pas-de-Calais (Northern France) region, from 1998 to 2005. From 1993 to 1998, he was Director for International Projects at Ouest-Atlantique, the IFA partner for Western France (Bretagne, Pays de Loire and Poitou-Charentes).

Mr. Yvergniaux received a degree in engineering from the renowned Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau, holds a Ph.D. in fluid mechanics from INP Grenoble, and is an alumnus of the IHEDATE-Paris (Higher Institute for Territorial Planning and Regional Development in Europe). He is married with 4 children
