ETPOA CEO Call: The lockdown leap: Digitisation of TPOs and their service offering

On 31 March 2021 at 14:00 CET, the ETPOA Board of Directors invites all member CEOs for an ETPOA CEO call on "The lockdown leap: digitisation of TPOs and their service offering", with main speaker Ms Miyoba Lubemba, Senior Programme Officer for Institutional Strengthening at the International Trade Centre (ITC).

The Covid-19 pandemic and its implications, such as reduction of human to human contact, evolution of supply chains and markets, has meant that now more than ever, digitalisation is essential for competitiveness. However, the current conditions have revealed and exacerbated critical weaknesses in digital capacities of TPOs around the globe to maintain connectivity and deliver to the companies they serve. As part of a strategy to strengthen the reach, scale and effectiveness of TPOs, ITC is supporting those seeking to accelerate their service digitalisation strategies by equipping them with knowledge and skills to make the right strategic choices.

The session will focus on the building blocks of an effective, “fit for purpose” service digitisation strategy. It will provide the rationale for the identification and prioritisation of the most critical actions to ensure adaptation of services such as business intelligence, advocacy, and business linkages by adding value through digitisation.
